I currently work within the in-house design team at Professional Triathletes Organisation (PTO). PTO is a relatively new organisation in the endurance sport world and in 2024 we launched the T100 Triathlon series in which we gave the the tour a brand new look and feel. Creating engaging visuals to tell athlete stories and promoting each event is one of the many creative responsibilities I have within the content team at PTO.

As a Creative Designer for Sonovision, I worked in a small team as part of the Marketing Department. Sonovision UK Limited is an award winning, leading supplier of Technical Publications, Computer Based Training and Graphic Design. I designed interactive business presentations, help come up with and implement the company’s brand guidelines across all platforms, created promotional videos, and designed content for digital and print.

My role as a Graphic Designer for Loughborough Universities’ in-house creative team, involved making marketing content online and for print. The Universities marketing team strives for content that is new and innovative yet follows the Universities brand guidelines and my role alongside my fellow creative team is to achieve this and more. Upon being given a brief, I was able to come up with ideas and strategies to launch whichever campaign was handed to me and see it through design until the end process- whether that be formatting artwork for web (i.e digital assets for social media, web banners, newsletters etc) or for small/large scale printing (Bus Shelter posters, pull-up banners for events, flags, packaging, brochures and posters). It’s essential that I familiarise myself with the brief and the intended audience before mood boarding and designing.

Elected from and by my peers to be the Chairman of the Hall Media Committee in June 2017. Representing the views of the Media Representatives from the 16 Halls at the University. My role was to over see the 32 other Media representatives in ensuring they produce the highest quality media to promote both their halls and the University, in order to withhold Loughborough’s distinguished reputation. I was also responsible for chairing meetings of the committee and having a casting vote on any matters that arose.

During my time spent with the YOU-Magazine Life Style Editors, I assisted on a photo shoot for their upcoming interior collection. This involved taking incoming and outgoing calls with clients, emailing clients and general office tasks such as filing. Some of my other roles included preparing accessories, researching trends, brain storming ideas and creating mood boards.
